Outpatient Operation Hour:

Monday to Friday 8:30 to 11:00am.
Please come to the reception before 11:00am.

Required document for New Patient:

Residence Card, Health Insurance Card, Referral Letter from clinic/hospital.
Without referral letter, the administration fee of JPY 7,700. is charged additionally.

Required document for patient who has booking:

Health Insurance Card and Hospital Registration Card.
Procedures are done at the reception machine on the first floor.

Patient who needs to be hospitalized:

Once it is confirmed that you need to be hospitalized, we will explain the procedure.
Please do not bring any valuable goods, such as jewels, cash, etc. to the hospital.
The hospital is not responsible for any losses.

Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday 11:00 to 20:00
Visiting hour may be changed due to any infection control without any prior notice.
Vising ICU is limited. Please ask an assistant at the hospital for details.

Payment:
Please make payment at Cashier or Machine on the second floor. You can use credit card.

Others:
Please use handphone at the designated area by the hospital. Smoking is prohibited within the hospital premises.
